Description

This coffee comes from the TESFA farm, which means “hope” in Amharic, and is carefully grown by producer Mr. Abakeno.

A bright and elegant decaf, processed using the Sparkling Water Decaf Process, a method developed in Germany at the Max Planck Institute in 1967 that helps preserve the coffee’s sweetness and aromatic complexity.

We’re proud to have selected a small portion of this exclusive lot of just 400 bags: a cup that shows just how surprising, rich, and satisfying a decaf can be.

TASTING NOTES: Cookie and chocolate, full body, and a pleasant hazelnut finish.
