Description

Our #12 Organic Espresso tastes fresh and balanced, with a very smooth mouthfeel. It comes from Fazenda Dutra, a farm north of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The coffee beans are grown at 1,000–1,400 meters and processed as natural. We gently drum-roasted the beans for our Organic Espresso, using a roast profile that brings out the nutty, caramel notes. The roast level works wonderfully for milk drinks or as espresso. With filter brewing methods, this coffee tastes very nutty. #12 is also suitable for a Moka pot. #12 has an SCA score of 81 points.
