Every roastery ends up with odds and ends: the last few pounds of a lot, the tail of a batch, coffees that didn't quite fill a full bag. We don't waste them. Wipeout is what happens when we blend those leftovers into one bag.

The coffees come from various origins across our lineup, and the mix changes every time, so no two batches of Wipeout taste quite the same. It's the same specialty coffee we roast every week, just without a fixed recipe.

What doesn't change is the value. At $13 for 12oz, Wipeout is our lowest-priced coffee, about 40% less than our house blends. Brew it as a daily pot or a big batch of cold brew, and grab it while it's here, because supply depends on what's left on the roaster that week.
