Description

Cruise through flavour with The Pacer, a bold coffee blend that captures the spirit of the early '70s classic with a modern twist. This vibrant blend kicks off with a citrusy sprint, think lemon and mandarin, with juicy bursts of apricot and red berries leading the way. As you ease into the middle stretch, smooth notes of dark chocolate and creamy herbal tea invite you to relax and savour the ride. The finish crosses the line with rounded almond praline and maple syrup sweetness, leaving a lasting impression like the iconic car it’s named after. The Pacer is your ticket to a flavourful joyride; smooth, sweet, and vibrantly alive.

Coffee blends are seasonal because they use beans from around the world, each with its own harvest time. Like fruits, coffee cherries mature at different times depending on climate and altitude. Roasters blend the freshest beans from current harvests, so the blend changes throughout the year to keep flavours vibrant and balanced. Essentially, just like seasonal produce, the seasons influence the taste and quality of your coffee. That being said, the three standout coffees jumping in The Pacer for this ride currently consist of our fully washed Ethiopia Limou from the Kafa region, fully washed Guatemala from the Jacaltenango region, and the fully washed Costa Rica Coopedota from the Santa Marta de Dota region.
