Description
El Salvador, Loma La Gloria | Anny Ruth
The Last Unicorn is a Red Bourbon from producer Anny Ruth at Loma La Gloria, El Salvador, grown at 1,500 meters. It goes through a natural unicorn process, a special take on a natural where the cherries dry whole around the seed and all that fruit soaks right in. In the cup: bright pomegranate, a drizzle of maple syrup, and a finish we can only describe as magical.
This is one of our rare, hard-to-find coffees. Small lot, here while it lasts.
