Description
Sierra Azul from the Chiapas region of Mexico is for those of us who enjoy a mild coffee. With a score of 86 points, it has the highest SCA score in our selection. We offer it with a medium roast to bring out notes of caramel, hazelnut, and gentle apricot. It works well with any brewing method: as a mild espresso in an espresso machine or Bialetti, in a French press, or as drip coffee.
