This unique hybrid varietal undergoes a carefully controlled yeast induced fermentation to create this tropical fruit laden flavour profile - think tinned pineapples, syrupy sweet and creamy.
These nostalgic flavours took us straight back to the 70s, so expect a cup brimming with retro pineapple upside down cake
