Our current decaf origin is Honduras.
Smooth, balanced, and subtly sweet, this decaf is proof that flavor doesn’t need caffeine to shine. This is the decaf that turns “why drink decaf?” people into “I’ll just have a decaf” people.
We start with high-quality, certified organic beans sourced from one of our trusted cooperatives in either Peru, Honduras or Mexico, depending on seasonal availability. These coffees are selected for their unique flavor profiles, ensuring they stand out as fabulous decaffeinated offerings.
At the Descamex Mountain Water Decaffeination Plant in Veracruz, Mexico, caffeine is gently removed using pure water, steam, and carbon filtration - never chemicals. The result is a clean, chemical-free process that preserves the natural sweetness and character of the coffee.
