Nicaragua Matagalpa
Pure origin Nicaragua comes from the mountainous regions of Matagalpa, Jinotega and Nuova Segovia, grown in shady plantations where coffee plants grow under a canopy of trees. Their organic deposit fertilizes the soil naturally and keeps it moist, thus avoiding the use of fertilizers and water waste. An ecological as well as pleasant choice. Try this single origin in the 250 g format, with medium-fine grind and medium roast that enhances its almond body and its candied fragrance.
