A single origin, organic, fairtrade coffee from Triunfo Verde Cooperative in the Jaltenango region of Chiapas, Mexico, shade-grown at 1000–1700 m. Please thank these farmers.
On the label is a Monarch butterfly—the “super generation” of monarchs born on St. Joseph Island will winter in Mexico—to illustrate a global connection. This is a photo of a monarch our family released one summer.

This delicate, clean-tasting China green has a subtle aroma of jasmine blossoms.
Ingredients: Organic Green Tea
Certified organic by Ecocert Canada.
Directions: 1–2 tsp loose leaf tea per 1 cup serving.
Steep: 2 min at 78° C. The temperature of the water is very important to the taste of green tea. It should not taste bitter when brewed properly.
