Origin
The rugged mountain landscape in the subtropical rainforest of Chiapas is home to some famous ancient Maya ruins and has one of the world's largest concentrations of Indigenous people living in harmony with the environment. Some of this coffee grows in „El Triunfo“, one of Mexico's most beautiful nature reserves. Thanks to the humid, tropical climate of the “cloud forest” and very fertile soil, conditions here are ideal for this fine, high-quality coffee.
