TASTING NOTES
Pepper, Cocoa, Caramel, Dense
Never has the reflection on the transient nature of life been more salient than when I've had one too many cups of coffee. My solution is to have a decaf coffee that I enjoy drinking just as much as regular coffee. The name is an allusion to the Medieval Latin Christian theory and practice of reflection on mortality. This decaf and its name is a reminder to both enjoy life but also remember you will (no matter how many cups of coffee you've had) eventually sleep.
