Flavor Notes: Vibrant red and dark fruit, whiskey barrel aroma, honey finish
Tactile Notes: Full Bodied
Roaster Notes: Three generations of the Familia Roque have grown coffee on Finca Seven Hills. The farm is located near the village of Huatusco in the state of Veracruz in southwestern Mexico. Their use of the natural process for this coffee increases its’ sweetness and body.
