Las Brisas ist ein Farmkaffee aus Kolumbien mit Natural-Aufbereitung aus der Region Huila. Die Bourbon-Ají-Varietät ist genetisch eine äthiopische Landrasse und bringt ein Profil aus Pflaume, Trockenfrüchten, Traube und Karamell. Der Körper ist saftig, das Profil fruchtbetont.
Wilmer Cuellar produziert Las Brisas in Acevedo, Huila, auf 1.580 bis 1.680 Metern Höhe. Roberto Cascone röstet Las Brisas in Mainz per Trommelröstung als Omni Roast auf mittlerem Röstgrad.
Las Brisas eignet sich als Farmkaffee für Filterkaffee und Siebträger mit fruchtbetontem Profil. Im Filter zeigt die Natural-Aufbereitung Pflaume und Trockenfrüchte direkt und klar. Als Espresso verdichtet sich das Profil, Karamell tritt stärker in den Vordergrund.
