So, we took our two most expensive beans from the Especial Line and mixed them. We couldn't have possibly messed this up. The concept that stemmed from a joke is now our newest house blend. It has now been elevated with an upgrade, La Neblina De Carlitos; Translation-Carl The Fog.
Our Peruvian Geisha and Ethiopian Natural met the criteria of what it takes to be blended based on regions. The flavors from this blend are everything we want from an exceptional cup of coffee. The sweetness is complimented by the fruity natural process from Ethiopia while providing the right amount of acidity from the delicate Peruvian.
