At Finca Nazaret in Suaza, Huila, Javier Cantillo carries on a family tradition devoted to specialty coffee. Grown at 1,730 meters, this Geisha ripens slowly thanks to the region’s distinctive microclimate. The washed process brings out a refined, lively profile: peach, jasmine, and vanilla come together in a cup with delicate sweetness and a fresh, lingering finish.
