Description
🌋 Java Estate – Smooth, Spicy & Timelessly Traditional ☕
From the legendary island of Java, Indonesia, this Arabica Java Estate coffee offers a smooth, well-balanced cup with low acidity, medium body, and a subtle spicy edge 🌶️. Slightly more acidic than its Sumatran and Sulawesi neighbors, Java Estate is a key component in the world’s most iconic blend—Mocha-Java.
Grown on the Ijen Plateau, surrounded by three active volcanoes 🌋, Java’s highland terrain and deep tradition in coffee cultivation make it one of the most respected origins in the world. These PTP Plantation Arabicas are highly regarded in the specialty coffee industry, with harvests peaking between June and October.
Indonesia introduced coffee to the world in the 1600s and remains a top global producer. Though Robusta dominates, the small percentage of Indonesian Arabica—like this one—is celebrated for its strength, complexity, and syrupy richness.
