Origin
With Sumatra, we are now in the western part of the island group, where Lintong grows at elevations of 1,100 to 1,280 m and is cared for and harvested by the Koperasi Kopi Toba cooperative. A special processing method (pulped in water and rubbed with sand) gives the beans a deep green color and a more exotic flavor – a distinctive feature!
Character (medium)
Lintong is full-bodied, with a heavy texture and a rich caramel sweetness.
