Origin
This coffee is grown in southern India, in the state of Karnataka on Mount Bababudangiri, part of the Dattagiri Hill range, at an altitude of 1,000 to 1,400 m. The Bourbon Arabica variety is washed and sun-dried there.
Character (medium)
A medium-bodied coffee with a very balanced and harmonious flavor. It has fruity, sweet notes of nectarine and dark caramel, accompanied by a light note of nougat.
