The Boss
Meaning “The Boss” in Italian, Il Capo is a smooth, big-bodied espresso blend with classic old-school appeal.
Roasted to a medium-plus profile, it delivers a sweet, full-flavoured cup with plenty of body, combining chocolate and nutty notes from natural Brazils with the heavier tones of Indonesian coffee and the smooth, creamy character of New Guinea coffee.
Designed first and foremost for espresso, Il Capo is a great choice for those who enjoy a more traditional Italian-style coffee with real warmth, depth and presence. Not light, fruity or acidic — just a proper old-school espresso classic.
