Description
250g Notes.—Mellow cocoa and peanut flavors with mild tart acidity. Origin.—Cafés Especiales Corquin is a certified-organic Fair Trade association of 131 producers in Lempira, Honduras. The farmers own small parcels of land in the mountainous region, with its fertile loamy soil and grow under shade trees which provide plenty of organic material for composting and fertilization.
