Our coffee blend brings together the aromas and characteristics of three continents. Each bean contributes its own distinctive character, creating a harmonious balance.
Bean origins
- 60% South American Arabica
- 30% African Arabica
- 10% Asian Robusta
Flavor of the coffee blend
The South American Arabica coffee adds delicate nutty notes. It also gives the coffee a soft, balanced foundation.
African beans bring fruity freshness to this coffee blend.
Asian Robusta coffee also contributes a spicy depth.
The result is a coffee with a full body and delicate sweetness. The finish is smooth and balanced.
Preparation
Gutenberg Gourmet works well as both filter coffee and café crema in an automatic coffee machine.
For filter coffee, we recommend using 60 g of ground coffee per 1 liter of water.
