Origin
This very fine Robusta grows at 500–800 meters on fertile volcanic soil across four farms: Finca La Ceiba, Santa Augustina, Panorama, and Dolores Hidalgo. The beans are all hand-picked and washed. This gives this Robusta a delicate, clean cup. Recommended not only as espresso but also as coffee.
Character (bold)
A wonderfully aromatic, bold espresso. This Robusta bean is very smooth and creamy, with lots of sweetness, hazelnut notes, an intense note of dark chocolate, and the sweetness of red figs. Delicious in a cappuccino and also as a bold coffee.
