Description
Natural Process: Natural processing (drying the whole cherry) and extended maturation due to the altitude shape a floral, very sweet flavor profile, with notes of tropical fruit and chocolate.
Production Steps: The cherries are harvested late by around 400 local smallholder farmers on fertile plots of 1 to 2 hectares, then transported to and processed with specialized agronomic expertise at the SNAP Coffee washing station.
