Description: Ethiopian Mocha Sidamo is a delicate and fragrant coffee from one of the most renowned coffee-growing regions in the world.

Grown at high altitudes between 1600 and 1900 metres and processed using the washed method, it develops a clean and refined flavour profile.

Roasted light, it delivers a bright and complex cup with notes of lemon, caramel and citrus, complemented by a nutty sweetness and floral aroma.

With its light body and gentle acidity, this coffee is ideal for those who enjoy a more delicate and aromatic style.

Ethiopia, often referred to as the birthplace of coffee, is celebrated for producing high-quality beans with naturally occurring floral and citrus characteristics.

Available as whole beans or ground and freshly roasted in Aberdeen.
