Description

ETHIOPIA

Located about 1900 meters above sea level, the rich volcanic soil of the Sidamo region is ideal for growing coffee. Harvesting is done by hand and is followed by a traditional wet process. The beans are then dried by lifting them on tables with a mesh bottom.
