Brazil is the world’s largest producer of coffee, and until recently, was favored mostly for it’s blending qualities. We roast our Brazil light to bring out a bit of nutty sweetness, as well as a bit darker (After Dinner) for caramel notes. Medium-light body & crisp acidity make for a satisfying cup of coffee.

Brazil is the world’s largest producer of coffee, and until recently, was favored mostly for it’s blending qualities. We roast our Don’s Brazil lightly (cinnamon) to bring out a bit of nutty sweetness. Medium-light body & crisp acidity make for a satisfying cup of coffee.
