Corsini Estrella del Caribe is a blend of carefully selected grains, 100% Arabica. The name Estrella del Caribe means "Star of the Caribbean" and derives from the origin of green coffee that comes from the Caribbean, more precisely from the Dominican Republic. It is a balanced coffee, lightly roasted, at a temperature between 200 and 220 degrees Celsius, with a complexity of aromas, floral and fruity, accompanied by nuances of walnut.
