Chelbesa — specialty coffee, 200 g jar, whole bean or ground to order.
Heirloom varieties from the Chelbesa lot (SNAP station), in Gedeb — Gedeo, Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, 1,950–2,200 m. Washed process, dried on African beds. In the cup: kumquat, peach, jasmine. SCA score 87. Roasted every week in our workshop in the 18th arrondissement — 200 g amber jar, returnable and reusable in the shop.
