This coffee comes from Hacienda Supracafé, our farm in Cauca, Colombia, where we grow our own coffee using sustainable practices and maintain full control of the process, from cultivation to roasting. Click here to learn about the story of our own farms.
The Supracafé variety originated in Ethiopia and, after years of adaptation in Cauca, has evolved into its own cultivar. This adaptation process gives it a unique, distinctive character in the cup.
