Description

This Certified Organic Brazilian coffee comes from the Nossa Senhora de Fatima farm in the state of Minas Gerais. This farm is owned and operated by Ricardo de Aguiar Resende and his wife Gisele who are both 3rd generation coffee farmers. Ricardo & Gisele have made environmental protection a priority and invest significantly in reforestation projects. They produce organic fertilizers from coffee pulp and micro-organisms found on the estate. The estate has housing for workers and a school to ensure full a full education for workers' children. We are happy to partner with them to bring you a delicious Brazilian coffee. We taste hints of chocolate, nuts, and honey in this full-bodied roast.
