Can a coffee sum up 40 years of history?
Every sip of this coffee tells a little of our story.
A blend made with delicious Ugandan coffee beans—we couldn't leave this origin out, as it was the first one my parents roasted when they founded Cafés Sierra Segura in November 1980.
It gives us intensity, strength, and notes of dark chocolate.
We’ve also added one of our favorite coffees, one that marked a turning point in our history: Peru. Our trip to this country changed us completely. Meeting the people who grow these delicate beans with such passion made us fall even more in love with the fascinating world of coffee. How could we not include it in this blend?
