Make your favorite Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf’s Mocha Ice Blended Coffee Drink at home with just a few ingredients.
Ingredients:
– 60 ml brewed espresso (2 shots)
– 350 gr ice
– 90 ml non fat milk
– For the homemade Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Mocha Powder we mix 1 spoon cacao powder with 1 spoon coffee creamer
– whipped cream
STEP 1. Brew your espresso and let it cool down to room temperature.
STEP 2. In a blender, add the ice, espresso, milk, cocoa powder and coffee creamer. Blend until smooth.
STEP 3. Pour your drink in a glass.
STEP 4. Top with whipped cream as desired.
Coffee – You can use an espresso shot, brewed coffee, cold brew coffee, brewed coffee that’s been chilled in the refrigerator or even instant coffee.
Milk – You can use any milk you enjoy for instance almond milk or oat milk
Caramel Sauce – We substitute the original Mocha Powder with the mixture of one spoon cacao powder plus one spoon coffee of creamer. Actually this is a more healthy version of the original Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Mocha Powder which contains many other additives like soy lecithin, guar gum, xanthan gum, natural and artificial flavors.
Whipped cream – You can also whip up some cream for topping your Iced Blended Coffee Drink. Enjoy!
