Description
A pearl from the Caribbean – and the world’s only green coffee traditionally exported in wooden barrels. Mild and balanced with an exceptional flavor and aroma. In the cool climate of the Caribbean mountains, home to the Gold Cup Estate, the coffee cherries mature for ten months rather than the average of five.
The longer ripening period yields particularly large, firm berries with a wonderfully full flavor.
