Only fully ripened highland beans are carefully processed by hand and professionally roasted for a long time at low temperatures: for an overwhelming fullness of aroma.
The Arabica coffee beans come from the Finca El Chorro. It has been owned by the Schalit family for years. The Finca strives for a permanent balance between biodiversity, the permanent improvement of living and working conditions on the Finca, and the cultivation of very high-quality highland Arabica beans. This Finca has been supplying their green coffee for this roast for more than 10 years.
