Peak Coffee Roasters is a small roasting company in the heart of the city of Lowell, Massachusetts.  Roasting coffee is our passion and we do it in small batches to keep the quality of the product fresh so you can enjoy each cup.  Each product is uniquely roasted with its own process and with a passion for perfection every time.  We roast at our local restaurant, Rosie's Café, and serve a variety of Peak coffee with breakfast and lunch items as well.  So whether you're not that local and prefer ordering online or if you live in the area and want to try out our coffee before buying online, we have a roast that's right for you.
