About this coffee:
2026 crop has landed. This washed coffee was produced by Tamrat Alemayehu washing station and surrounding farmers from Kochere town, in Yirgacheffe Ethiopia.
Tastes like: Peach, Honeysuckle, Jasmine.
YirgZ is back on the menu and tasting great. This coffee is named after the intense sorting process, going well beyond the standards of GR1 Ethiopian coffee quality. Kochere town has some of the best growing conditions in all of Ethiopia, and all of the heirloom trees are well established here. We are so excited to share this fantastic example of a washed Ethiopian coffee from Kochere with you!
