This 100% red bourbon variety replaces our previous offering from Todos Santos that was a blend of bourbon and catuai varieties. A cup of our Guatemala Todos Santos has a candy-like fruity sweetness balanced with a full body and thick caramel-like crema. Red bourbon is often referred to as the pinot noir of coffees for its universality and agreeable taste. Try it as a hot cup of drip or pourover coffee on a cold morning or as a punchy espresso to awaken yourself and your taste buds.
