A longtime customer favorite and top-seller, The Optimist Blend is comprised of certified organic coffees from our favorite producers in Ethiopia, Guatemala, and Colombia. Each coffee in The Optimist is roasted individually to precise development, then blended to achieve a perfectly balanced cup that features a complex brown sugar sweetness with background notes of sweet almond and bright mandarin. It’s well adapted to brew as filter or espresso. It’s going to be a good day!
