A beautifully distinctive coffee from the Kinini region of Rwanda, brought to life through an anaerobic fermentation process.
Expect a rich and juicy cup, bursting with vibrant blueberry and ripe blackberry, complemented by the deep, indulgent sweetness of rum and raisin. The anaerobic fermentation adds depth and complexity, allowing those luscious berry flavours and warming sweetness to shine through.
