Saints + Sinners is Monks' slightly on the darker side — a bold espresso blend built for those who want their coffee to mean business. Where the Cafe Blend is balanced and crowd-pleasing, this one leans into intensity: dark chocolate richness, a pronounced body, and a long red grapefruit finish that lingers. Roasted a little darker to bring out depth without losing clarity. Exceptional as a straight espresso or with milk — the chocolate notes hold their own beautifully in a flat white or cappuccino...divine.
