Description
Created as a tribute to the amazing sunsets viewed from our western-facing Roastery, this blend of our Zero Defect Ethiopia Yirgacheffe (YergZ) and the delightfully unique Sumatra Royal Badger merges the best of both coffees. The citrus from the YergZ is transformed into a smooth cherry acidity and the baking spice from the Sumatra balances it out, combining to bring a syrupy molasses sweetness in the body.
