This washed Peruvian green coffee that comes from the Montegrande Agricultural Producers Association, in Cajamarca, Peru. Grown by a group of smallholder farmers working together to improve production and stay organized at origin. Produced at elevations typical of the region, the coffee offers a balanced and structured profile shaped by both environment and shared production practices. Processed using the washed method, this coffee delivers a clean and well-defined cup. Expect notes of cocoa light spice, and subtle roasted tones, with a rounded mouthfeel, moderate sweetness, and a smooth, structured finish.Reviews
