This medium-dark roasted Papua New Guinea coffee is an incredibly complex, smooth cup that expertly marries rich depth with vibrant fruit flavours.
Taking these beans to a medium-dark level gently tempers them into a mild acidity and a velvety smoothness, allowing a luxurious, syrup-like body to take center stage.
The brew unfolds with a comforting hint of dark chocolate and sophisticated, wine-like undertones, leading into a wonderfully distinct, lingering finish of ripe tropical fruits. It is a remarkably balanced selection that offers the comforting warmth of a dark roast without losing the exotic, fruity essence of its high-altitude, volcanic origins.
