Description

Caramel · Chocolate · Cocoa · Spice

From the Eastern Highlands to your everyday cup.

Purosa brings together coffee grown in the Ivangoi, Purosa, and Okapa valleys of Papua New Guinea’s Eastern Highlands. This medium roast has notes of caramel, chocolate, cocoa, and spice.

More than 3,000 farmers grow coffee through the Highland Organic Agricultural Cooperative, many in small village gardens. Some trees are more than 25 years old and produce fewer cherries with higher sugar content, contributing to a sweet, complex cup.

Great for: Drip coffee, pour over, French press, and anyone who enjoys cocoa and spice notes.

Roast: Medium
Tasting notes: Caramel, chocolate, cocoa, spice
