What is the Secret Label?

The Secret Label is our master roaster's monthly passion project. It’s a free expression of coffee, designed to explore stunning new flavour combinations using the finest seasonal lots available. There are no limits on cost, taste parameters, or playing it safe.

Our goal is simple: to delight you with something unexpected and delicious.

Why the Secrecy?

We keep the blend's origins a secret for two key reasons:

1. To Protect Our Craft: These unique blends are the result of tireless experimentation. We want you to experience them first, directly from the source, before imitators try to copy our hard work.

2. To Remove Bias: Have you ever avoided a coffee just because of its origin? We want this coffee to be judged purely on its performance and flavour, not on any pre-conceived ideas.

A Truly Limited-Time Offer

Each Secret Label is available for one calendar month, or until the limited micro-lot ingredients run out (which can be before the month's end!).

Many customers fall in love with a blend, but unfortunately, once it's gone, it's gone forever. The high-grade specialty coffees we use are sourced in small quantities, just enough to supply the month.

How to Order Your 1kg Bag

• 1kg Bags Only: Secret Label coffee is exclusively available in 1kg bags. (Sorry, no 500g packs!)

• Select Your Grind: Whole beans are the default option. If you require ground coffee, please ensure you select your preferred grind setting (e.g., Espresso, French Press) from the drop-down menu before adding the item to your cart.
