Legend has it that a goat herder named Kaldi noticed his goats becoming unusually lively after nibbling bright red coffee cherries. Curious, he shared his discovery with nearby monks, who are said to have roasted & brewed the first coffee to help sustain them through evening prayers. Monk's Choice is our tribute to that enduring story and the simple joy of sharing a great cup of coffee.
