Our OG and highly popular Milky Way line was one of our first creations when we established our roasting business, and has evolved from its initial Guatemala & Ethiopian blend to several outstanding single-origins since.
True to its name, this coffee brings milk chocolate madness and nutty aromas to the table, and is excellent on espresso-based drinks with milk, but also enjoyable on multiple brew methods.

Colombia ranks at the top in many aspects of coffee production. It owes this to its geography and the corresponding climates that differ from region to region. As wet and dry seasons are not as clearly defined in Colombia, this allows coffee to be harvested year-round.
The coffee industry in Colombia makes up for nearly a fifth of their GDP and many family farms rely on it as their main source of income. While the origins of the commodity non-indigenous to Colombia are not clear, the story most told is that coffee was introduced to the country by Dutch Jesuit priests who had settled on the land with Spanish settlers.
