We’re always hunting for coffees with that something extra: lively acidity, expressive fruit, and sweetness that’s already built in. The specific origins change with the seasons, but the character stays the same: luminous, exciting, and never boring.
The Cup
Expect a bright, fruit-forward cup with plenty of personality. The acidity is crisp and refreshing, and you’ll find layers of fruited sweetness and floral notes that keep things interesting from the first sip to the last.
