"A pleasing, chocolaty, floral-toned washed Ka‘ū cup with pretty notes of citrus, stone fruit and sweet herbs."
Our Ka’u Classic Medium Roast features Typica, the most common coffee variety in Hawaii. Grown in the rich soil and cool climate of the Mauna Loa volcano’s southern slope, these beans are made with a washed process, then sun-dried.
